Deed of Assignment of Copyright Form

This form is designed to facilitate the transfer of ownership to the UP Manila. This form is for UP Manila Faculty, Students, Staffs and all affiliated to the UP Manila. This form is required when you will submit the “Copyright Information Form” to the Technology Transfer and Business Development Office.
