This memorandum reiterates the University’s policy on the proper use of UP’s registered trademarks, including the UP name, Oblation, and other protected marks. It reminds the UP community and external stakeholders that the use of these trademarks must comply with the 2017 UP Visual Identity Guidebook and applicable University policies, and that the appropriate trademark license must be secured from the relevant Technology Transfer and Business Development Office (TTBDO) prior to any authorized use.
