Copyright Information Form

This form is designed to facilitate the application of copyright. This form is for UP Manila Faculty, Students, Staffs and all affiliated to the UP Manila. The completed form along with the “Deed of Assignment of Copyright” form must be submitted to the Technology Transfer and Business Development Office.
